Scope of This Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how Exclusivecreativ handles changes, cancellations, and issues related to our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. Because our work involves customized design and live plant materials, traditional product "returns" do not apply in the same way as for physical goods purchased online.

Service Nature of Our Work

Our offerings consist of design, consultation, installation, and maintenance services, as well as the sourcing and installation of plants and materials on your property. Once plants and materials have been installed and services have been performed, they generally cannot be returned or resold.

Consultations and Design Fees

Fees for completed consultations and delivered design work are non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise, and planning already provided. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate a new time.

Order Changes Before Installation

If you wish to modify the scope of work, plant selections, or timing before installation has taken place, please contact us promptly at help@exclusivecreativ.world or call +12123106600. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes that are requested within a practicable time frame. Significant changes may affect the total cost and schedule of your project.

Cancellations Before Installation

If you decide to cancel your project before installation work has begun, please notify us in writing or by phone. Depending on the timing of your cancellation and any materials already ordered or purchased on your behalf, certain costs (such as non-refundable supplier charges or design fees) may not be refundable.

After Installation Is Completed

Once installation has been completed and plants have been placed on your property, we are generally not able to offer refunds, as plant materials and labor have already been provided. However, we want you to be satisfied with the overall result and encourage you to contact us if any concerns arise so we can review the situation and discuss appropriate solutions.

Plant Health and Establishment

Our goal is to install healthy plants that are appropriate for the conditions of your space. While we cannot guarantee the lifetime performance of living plants, we may, at our discretion, replace plants that fail shortly after installation where normal care conditions, as discussed during installation, have been followed. Any such evaluation will be handled on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute an ongoing guarantee.

Weather and External Factors

Extreme weather events, building or HOA restrictions, changes in property conditions, and other external factors outside our control can affect plant performance and project outcomes. We are not responsible for losses or damage resulting from such circumstances, but we are available to recommend remedial actions or adjustments where possible.

Follow-Up Services and Adjustments

We offer follow-up and maintenance services that can help support the long-term success of your outdoor space. If you would like additional visits for adjustments, seasonal refreshes, or plant replacements, these services can be scheduled separately and will be quoted based on the scope of work.

How to Raise a Concern

If you have a concern about your project or believe there is an issue with the services provided, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and, if available, photos of the affected area. We will review your concern in a timely manner and discuss the next steps with you.
